Be a full professor of Physics Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University Director of Institute of Modern Physics, he graduated from Physics Department of Lanzhou University, and was a Teaching assistant and lecturer of Physics Department of Northwest Normal University and a Full professor of Physics Department of Northwest Normal University in past several years. From 1982 to 1984, he visited Universita di Padova , Padva, Italy as a visiting scholar.
